What if Ferdinand Arnodin, the inventor of the Rochefort Transporter Bridge, were to make a grand return to his masterpiece?
During this original dramatised tour, set off to meet this famous engineer in the company of Suzanne Simoneau, an iconic figure and legendary passenger of the gondola. Through a blend of historical narrative, humour and quirky scenes, discover the fascinating history of the only transporter bridge of its kind in France.
This immersive walking tour along the Charente invites you to enjoy a unique cultural experience in Rochefort, at the heart of an exceptional heritage site.
Written, performed and directed by Catherine Sarezza and Dominique Soul, this tour blends theatre and heritage for a lively exploration full of surprises.
