During this guided walk on the beautiful Île d'Aix, you will discover the edible wild plants that naturally grow across the island’s landscapes.
Guided by Mylène, a passionate nature educator, you will learn how to observe, recognize, and better understand the plants around you. The walk will also teach you how to avoid confusing edible plants with toxic species, while respecting biodiversity and the natural environment.
Along the way, your senses will be fully engaged: observing shapes and colors, smelling natural aromas, and touching leaves and plants. This immersive experience offers a wonderful way to reconnect with nature.
The walk ends with a delicious tasting, where you will sample preparations made from wild plants.
